This is the revised edition of Meeting China. Advanced Comprehensive Chinese is suitable for advanced beginners with previous knowledge who have worked on the previous volumes Basic, Elementary and Intermediate Comprehensive Chinese or who, alternatively, have already mastered a vocabulary of about 1000 Chinese words or who have already been taught Chinese for 120-180 class hours. The term advanced, which is contained in the title, is perhaps a bit misleading in this context; in our classification we will sort this volume between advanced beginners and below intermediate level.

This is a general language course with 12 lessons and limited annotations in English. In this progression stage, Hanyu Pinyin only appears with the introduction of the vocabulary.
