Go for Chinese - Elementary Volume 8. In vol. 1-7 of this series 3357 new words already have been introduced. In this vol. 8, the last volume of  "Go for Chinese - Elementary" series, another 653 new words will be learned. Hanyu Pinyin will not appear with the lesson texts any more, but does only appear with the new words and also English vocabulary annotations are given.

The Go For Chinese - Elementary series consists of eight volumes with 10 lessons each. The aim of the textbook series is the rapid expansion of the communication skills of the learner. After working through eight volumes of Go For Chinese - Elementary, a total of over 4000 words will be learned. The lessons usually consist of the following parts: lesson text, useful sentences, new words, language points (basic sentence patterns, usage of words and phrases, practice and communication). At the end of the book there is an end section test (without answer keys) and a vocabulary glossary with additional comments in Russian, Korean and Japanese. However, the language of the annotations in this book is ususally in English.
