Die Texte sind speziell für die klinische Bereicherung von Praktikern konzipiert, es gibt einige kontroverse Theorien wie Zhang Zhongjings "Fire Deteoration". Einige der Theorien mögen nach heutigen Maßstäben absurd sein, sind jedoch in diesem wertvollen Buch enthalten, da sie wichtige theoretische Wendepunkte markieren können.
